Homework: Practical mundane Earth bound – Take a definite step toward our good. Be prepared to share. 5 minutes of action in direction of your main good/goal.
Questions:
- 1. What do you think is released by affirming the prayer “Thy Kingdom Come”? Give examples. -Release = Law of Command!
CH – My house is sold.
C - I am ready God, Bring it! Send me!
S - Fear is released.
2. What does “Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven” mean to you?
S/CH – Heart = Heaven. Brain = Earth
C - Affirmation broken down. Heaven; Dream = Kingdom of God within all of us. Desired results: Earth = See it in front of us – real life.
See p. 125 “It is man” . . . when you dare expands your good and abundance. Heaven – Gk. = expansion.
- 3. Cat Po says on p. 125 that “it is man who is miserly in his limited acceptance of God’s universal abundance for him.” Would you dare to expand your acceptance of this abundance, what does your life look like?
CH – I have it set up a presentation on my netbooks to remind me of what I want, complete with pictures. Sell my house, own an apartment here in NYC; pay off my student loans, use my voice as a singer, actor and voice-over artist.
C - Own an apartment in Inwood or Brooklyn. Singing all the time because I want to. Travel a little bit.
SH – Happily married, family happy too. Business branches out to Brick and Mortar stores. Home ownership; 600 acres; self-sustaining farm.

- 4. How does bread symbolize “the rich substance of the universe” in your opinion?
C – Yeast rises. Starts as one thing and becomes (in the way it is shaped or manipulated) something else other than what it started out. Birds, (p. 125).
S - Currency – Richness.
CH – All the needs that are desirous of living an abundant life.
- 5. How are you doing so far in your forgiveness and release work?
S – I am doing better than I was last week . Once we are doing our release work I am doing well. Sometimes I like to wallow in my own little pity-party, but sometimes that is necessary for me to get to the good (reaction) place.
C- There was nothing to test it on the first time in 4T. Daily release work – Encounters – but during the ongoing release I am forced to get rid of the bile I am hanging on to – So I can’t hang on to it. Stay committed to my God. Release, let go and let God while I go free to my better good
The “G” episode took me into another direction. 4T and mindfulness – acknowledge [Forgiven with meaning]. “G” and “S” >>>> parallels me and “G”. Honest compassionate, understanding is a testament.
CH – A burger, brought on resentment about the kitchen [I share with our housemate – “A”] when I got home to make it. The kitchen was FILTHY with stains and smells of burnt food in the kitchen and on the stove. Cooking in that environment of resentment and anger caused my stomach to become upset later and into the next day.
C - Oh so you had the backlash from a “A” Burger. Like the people in “Like Water for Chocolate, when the cook was crying into the dessert and then when it was served all the guests who ate it became sad and some cried as well. Anxiety-free cooking is a must.
6. Describe a “testing period” of your life that you now understand was a necessity for your soul growth and expansion?
CH – The Bronx living situation and then no living situation anywhere anymore, then our (H/C) separation while ‘I was on tour’. DSG offered me her house. Earlier I had written her angel asking her to re-offer me to stay in her apartment.
S - Bailey & 243 St. Apt. in Bronx; when I initially saw the apartment there were hardwood floors, I put down a deposit and the only thing that needed to be finished was the bathroom. When I went back to confirm moving in and the date, I found linoleum on all the floors. Linoleum?! I was upset, but I didn’t let it take over my thinking. I prayed on it and the situation, which gave me peace in my heart and I was able to stand up to management and got my money back, even though the management was intent on my still moving in.
